I was Old Mother Hubbard and Cohen was 1 of 3 Little Boy Blues at the party.
My niece Makenzie was The Sheep in the Meadow and Brad's nephew Jarom was The Little Mouse from "Hey Diddle Diddle". (Brad wore that mouse costume when he was 3!)
B's brother Sean was the guy that runs through the streets with his nightshirt on. B was Jack the nimble and quick. B's brother-in-law Ty was a fantastic Cat with a Fiddle.
B's brother Scott teamed up with his fiance Lisa and her daughter Madison as The Three Blind Mice, as if you couldn't guess that one.
We had cake...
And now he's 1! To show us how big he really is
Cohen said his first official word today!
B was on the front lawn with him and after a neighbor's dog barked B said, "Doggy" and Cohen said "Da....gee" in two very seperate sylabols. And then he repeated it over and over every time the dog barked! What a genius!

You are so creative! Looks like everyone had a lot of fun. I love the picture of Cohen with the cupcake wrapper in his face!!!
that is great J and B! What fun! Alec calls our dog "doodoo", not quite saying "do-gee" like your little genius. I love this age. It just keeps getting better and better and more and more fun huh?!
First words are so much fun. Pretty soon he'll be talking your ear off and you and Brad will never be able to have a conversation without interupption.
Amen to Steven's comment. Brynlee never turns off now. But first words are truely heavenly.
