Thai Chicken Wraps

My very domestic friend Courtney started a recipe blog to keep us all on top of our culinary game. She posted this recipe this week and tonight it became one of our new all time favorites! It's simple, healthy and so scrumptous!

3 chicken breasts- cooked and shredded
1/2 cucumber thinly sliced
1 cup fresh bean sprouts
1 cup shredded carrots
3 scallions sliced (can use the white part of green onions)

Toss ingredients in a bowl, warm tortillas (15 sec. each side) in a nonstick skillet. Pile on chicken mixture and liberally drizzle with Asian Ginger Dressing (I use Good Seasons). The dressing is all the flavor so juice it up!

This recipe makes about 7-8 wraps, depending on tortialla size and how full you fill them.

Bon appetit!
