I found an EASY recipe for yummy meat loaf.
It's name is appropriately
No Fuss Meat Loaf
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1 (6 oz) pkg instant stuffing mix
1.5 - 2 lbs ground beef
3 Tbls ketchup
Beat eggs and water. Add stuffing mix and mix well. Add beef and mix well. Press into ungreased loaf pan. Top with ketchup. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 60-75 minutes or until no pink and meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.

I don't know if its because i never remember having meat loaf as a kid but in college a friend would make it sometimes and i found out that I LOVE IT! funny
thank you so much. i've looked at many an "easy" meatloaf recipe and this one actually is easy. all i ever ask is that i don't have to purchase and cut onions. again, thank you. hope you are feelin good and hope you will feel good for the ballet! i'm so excited and so is robby that he doesn't have to take me to one.
