INDIGO GIRLS

I've loved their music since the summer of 1999 when I worked at Camp Wayne in Preston Park, PA. It was a horrible job but a wonderful summer. I made friends from all over the country and grew up a lot that summer. I came home to my senior year at NAU a changed person. So it's fitting that I finally got to hear the Indigo Girls live while sitting under the stars in Flagstaff. You really cant beat an outdoor venue for a concert. I saw Norah Jones in Sedona a few years ago and I dont know that anything will ever top that show. It was PHENOMENAL.
It was so good to be outside without sweating, to gaze at the stars without a thought in my head, to sing along
without being interrupted by little people needing me... and to stare and point at the token man at the concert who was dancing like he was alone in his bedroom!

(Thanks to Mary, Amy and Lisa for getting talked into going with me!)
