I stole this from another blog cuz it's a cute idea.

Could be fun, right?

unfortunately i haven't known you for long, but my first memory of you is a good one. we were in mesa visiting mike's parents and you and brad had just broken up, i think. apparently, you were still friends because you came over to play games with us. we had lots of fun and as soon as you guys left, mike and i came to the conclusion that brad was really dumb to let you get away. luckily for him, you guys ended up together anyway. (i guess he wasn't so dumb, afterall.)
The Summer of the Six. Those were fun times. I remember riding my bike to your house and we spent the night on the trampoline and then in the morning we rode our bikes to my house. And no, we weren't in grade school, we were in our mid-twenties.
A trip down memory lane. I actually love this idea, I think I'm going to blog steal too. Well Jill, does a fireplace mantle, cylinder wood deals, 3 girls, and Tiffany blaring on the stereo ring a bell? Those were some fun times. It was awesome having you for a cousin. I cherish those times, even though we were such goofs! Love ya Jill!
OH man, just ONE!?! I gotta go with the first time we met at my first Mormon activity. It was a classic Mormon Luau with some Tongan dancers and Hawaiian haystacks. We just hit it off, how crazy was it that we actually stayed in touch? It was meant to be! I never would have moved to Mesa if we hadn't. SIX years ago next month. Crazy that we both have fabulous hubbies, TWO KIDS, and rock hard bodies now, huh?
Jill Dahling...I still don't know you very well, but I admire you from afar! I don't spy on you...I just like to see what the cool younger set are up to in the ward! One of my first memories of you was when you so graciously accepted the speaking assignment to the Young Women in our ward! I loved your stories and how right on the mark you were in your whole talk! Thanks for making an impression on not only the Young Women but their leaders too! I tried to snag you as an advisor...but the Relief Society had already tagged you as theirs!!! DARN! Today was great...all your men big/little look alike-so handsome! Shaunna Krieg
I was so excited when you moved into the QC. I loved having you as a neighbor and now my friend. One of the most memorable was when a snake almost struck Morgan and I went back to your house to get Big Bad Brad to kill it for me. We can't have snakes on the loose in the hood. Thanks for looking out for me. We will always have Magic Mountain. There is another new ride, ready?
I would love to share one of many memories with you. I had a hard time deciding which one.
When we lived in Provo, UT together was such a fun time for me. Late summer nights and boys and parities and fun! I remember you walking from the bathroom to your bedroom naked and I was in total shock! I asked you how you could do that and you said it was because you didn't care and that you felt totally comfortable with your body. And then you asked me if I felt commfortable with mine and I said NO!!! And then you acted shocked that I didn't! I admire that so much about you! YOu are such a strong person and you just decide what you want and how you want your life to be and you do it! I love and admire you so much! You have been through alot! And you completely came out on top!
Dude! The 80s swim party!! (Uh, was that 3 years ago already?).
That, and seeing your wedding photos of you "hitch-hiking" and on the trampoline, while Wes was doing the photo touch-ups. I thought "This is going to be a fun girl!"
I think my favorite memory was after I had that chat with Brad (after you broke up) about how you were the best kisser ever and then I told you what he said. You started talking to me about Brad and the whole story and I remember thinking it was a little familiar to me, it was one of the many many things that made me want to get back together with Ben.
ok jill, i've got a couple good memories of fun times in High School..I'll leave it at that. Brandy
i remember you at the rock forest in holbrook, big splash in mesa, e.a. in thatcher and my roomie at the g-cove. i liked our late night talks there. you were very motherly to me and i liked it....most of the time ; )
Good ole Lehi 4th. I remember meeting you in relief society and not knowing you were in 54th AND in the same relief society then too...I felt so stupid.
I also remember you making fun of me for ordering water with a cucumber in it and saying how "scottsdale" it was!
We'll have to go back a few years i think, like to 1980. You were my roommate for a while and you loved to watch me put on my makeup and do my hair. Do you remember? Sitting on the stairs with your chin in your hands just staring. You would ask a question now and then, but mostly just watched. I have a million more, but......
I remeber you would always talk about how when you eventually were married(this was about 6 years ago) you were just gonna hang out naked with your husband. You would say things like, "i just want to spend the whole day naked"... now whenever i come to visit i think, were they just lying around naked together.
I think it's gotta be New Years '04 maybe? It was like the first time I'd really hung out with you, and I just remember thinking, that girls got it together! And you really do!
K, this is the grossest memory I have of you... during summer softball one year, Ginger Brown slid and got a majorly bloody scrap on her knee and you licked it off, and I thought you were going to get some scary disease. But other than that I just remember you were the really cute spunky girl in HS that I wished I was more like. My spunk didn't hit til my 2nd year of college...late bloomer. I'm still waiting for the cute.
Okay mostly my memories are of making up softball songs and cheers. But I don't know why but I remember one year you called your dad on April fool's day and told him you were pregnant. I thought it was funny.
One of my favorite memories is the dance we did to "Revolution" at our HS graduation. I believe you were instrumental in that coreography (sp?) along with that of many of our swing choir performances. I also remember a certain piece of clothing that you "borrowed" from your dad's closet for a dress up day in HS.
I remember when I was babysitting for one of Big Willy's kids and you were going on a blind date and you were using breast pads to keep from sweating. Haha oh Jill you are so fantastic!
